Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration & KYC

Each Player may hold only one Account on the vip87 platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. vip87 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and retain any balances held therein pending investigation.

4.1 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and your preferred payment method. You undertake to keep this information current at all times and to notify vip87 promptly of any changes by contacting support at [email protected].

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

vip87 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to all Accounts. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before a withdrawal request is processed or when vip87 determines that verification is otherwise necessary:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Indonesian National Identity Card — KTP, or a valid passport).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (e.g., a utility bill, bank statement from BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri, or an official government letter).
• A selfie holding the submitted identity document, where requested.

Failure to complete KYC within 14 days of a request by vip87 may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality and, ultimately, Account closure. vip87 will not process any withdrawal to a payment method that does not match the name on the verified Account.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. vip87 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

vip87 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount varies by channel and is displayed on the cashier page at the time of deposit. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account within five minutes of payment confirmation. vip87 does not impose a fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which vip87 accepts no responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your verified vip87 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount and processing times are as follows:

• Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata): Typically processed within 3–15 minutes during WIB banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB, Monday to Saturday). Requests submitted outside these hours are queued and processed on the next available banking window.

vip87 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal above Rp 10.000.000 or any withdrawal where vip87 has reasonable grounds to investigate the source of funds. vip87 will not process withdrawals of Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements set out in Clause 6.

5.3 Chargebacks & Reversals

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute through a bank or e-wallet provider in respect of a legitimate deposit made to vip87 will be treated as a material breach of these Terms. vip87 reserves the right to close the Account, recover the relevant amount from any remaining balance, and pursue recovery through available legal channels.

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, vip87 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered, which are incorporated into these Terms. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement of at least 15× (fifteen times) the bonus amount before any portion may be withdrawn as real money, unless the promotion specifies a different multiplier.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Bonus Funds that remain subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements after this period will be forfeited automatically.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

7.4 Disconnection Policy

Prohibited Conduct

Account Suspension & Closure

vip87 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• vip87 is required to do so by law, court order, or instruction from a competent regulatory authority.
• vip87 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime involving the Account.
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• The Account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months. In such cases, vip87 will send a written notice to the registered email address at least 14 days before any dormancy fee is applied. The dormancy fee is Rp 50.000 per calendar month and will be deducted from any remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the Player.

Upon Account closure for any reason other than breach or fraud, vip87 will return any verified real-money balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

Amendments to These Terms

vip87 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or restructuring that does not alter the substance of any clause) may be made without advance notice.

The version of the Terms displayed on this page is the currently operative version, marked with the effective date shown in the page header. Your continued use of the vip87 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
